Witch Hat Headband

Instructions

1. Paint the cone orange and let it dry. Tip: Insert a toothpick into the cone to use as a handle while painting.
2. Wrap flat lace around the cone. Trim lace to fit cone with the seam at the back and glue in place.
3. Cut a 5” circle from the orange craft foam. Cut a 6” lace circle and glue it centered over the orange craft foam to create the hat brim.
4. Glue the black gathered lace to the bottom edge of the brim. Glue cone to the center of the brim.
5. Embellish hat with orange feather and black bow—glue hat to lace headband.
6. Optional: Add sheer orange ribbon to the headband to add color.
