Instructions

1. Glue lengths of the lighter-colored ribbon around the sides of the foam to completely cover it. Glue the other style of ribbon around the center of the foam. Glue the foam inside the center of the container.  
2. Cut the peonies’ stems to about four inches. Insert one Peonie into the center of the container. Insert the remaining four Peonies into the container around the center. Glue the stems to secure them in place.
