1. If using hand towels simply center the towels to the front of the sheet and wrap edges around to the back and pin in place.  You can also add some dimension by folding the excess towel at the top to create a hem and embellish with a piece of ribbon underneath as shown.  If using printed fabrics cut a piece of fabric at least 14”x20” this will allow you enough to wrap around the edges and pin at the back.

1. Embellish the panels with Halloween stickers, images or ribbons.  Pin greeting cards or past Halloween costumes pictures for display.
