Spring Accent Cones

Instructions

1. Cut down the side of the paper bag and cut out the bottom so you have one large rectangular piece. Wad the paper into a ball and flatten back out. Then, tear it into long strips about 1.5” wide.
2. Completely cover the cones with the paper strips. Glue the ends in place then wrap around the cones, gluing in place as you go.
3. Glue the acrylic flower stem up the front of the 15” cone then glue leaves trailing up to the top.
4. Glue the acrylic flower stem up the front of the 15” cone then glue leaves trailing up to the top.
5. Glue butterflies to both of the cones to accent.

Tip: Sponge paint paper-covered cones before adding embellishments for a unique look.
