Instructions

1. Paint the cone bright pink and allow it to dry completely.

2. Cut three 12” lengths of tulle. Rubberband one end of each length of tulle around the top of the cone. Gather the tulle evenly around the top of the cone. Roll the rubber band down about ½” and glue the ends of the tulle in place at the top of the cone. Remove the rubber band. Repeat this at the bottom edge of the cone with the opposite ends of the tulle. Glue tulle in place at the bottom of the cone.

3. Cut two 15” lengths of tulle, gather one end of the tulle pieces tightly together. Use the tip of the scissors to insert the ends of the tulle into the top of the cone. Secure with glue. Allow opposite ends of the tulle to hang freely from the top of the cone.

4. Glue the 6mm gems around the top edge of the cone where the tulle is glued in place to help conceal the glue. Glue the 20mm gems around the bottom edge of the cone
