- Low-Temp Glue Gun
- Scissors
Instructions
- Attach wiggle or comical eyes to the top portion of the cone of foam using low-temp glue to start.
- Wrap the cone loosely with strips of white cheesecloth or gauze, leaving the eyes only partially covered.
- Glue plastic spiders to the ghosts for added fright! (Optional)
