- 12" Cone - White
- Cheesecloth
- Chenille Stems - White
- Felt - Black

Instructions
- Fold each chenille stem in half and twist the ends together. Glue the twisted ends into either side of the cone about a third of the way down.
- Cut three small circles from the felt for the eyes and mouth and glue in place.
- Cut strips of cheesecloth and wrap loosely to cover the cone and arms. Do not cover the eyes and mouth completely.
