Ghost for the Ghouls

Instructions

1. Fold each chenille stem in half and twist the ends together.  Glue the twisted ends into either side of the cone about a third of the way down.
2. Cut three small circles from the felt for the eyes and mouth and glue in place.
3. Cut strips of cheesecloth and wrap loosely to cover the cone and arms.  Do not cover the eyes and mouth completely.
