Halloween Candy Decor

Instructions

1. Tear strips of colored tape to completely cover the foam shapes.  Use two colors together to create striped candies.
2. Embellish the candies by pinning lengths of ribbon around the shapes.
3. Cut pieces of clear wrap big enough to overlap 2” around the candy piece with about 6” on either side to twist the candy inside the clear wrap.  Tie small pieces of fish line to help secure the twisted ends in place.
