Glowy Ghost

Instructions

1. To hang the ghost, lay the cloth centered over the top of the ball. Cut a small slit on the top center of the cloth. Glue the eyelet screw into the top of the ghost. 
2. Cut the eyes and mouth out of the black felt. Lay the face parts face side down on the drop cloth and spray with adhesive. Apply the eyes and mouth to the ghost.  
3. For a standing ghost, place the tomato cage upside-down on the floor and secure the four legs together at the end with the zip tie. Apply glue to the ends of the legs and push the half ball flat side down about 2″ deep to secure it to the cage.  
4. Zip-tie the end of the light strand just under the head. Wrap the light strand spiraling down the cage evenly spaced. Zip-tie the end at the bottom of the cage to secure it. Use the extension cord to plug in.
