FloraCraft Sweepstake – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE FLORACRAFT SWEEPSTAKE. INTERNET ACCESS IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENTER THE FLORACRAFT SWEEPSTAKE. THIS SWEEPSTAKE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

In order to enter the FLORACRAFT SWEEPSTAKE (the “Sweepstake”), you must reside in one of the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, or in Washington, D.C., and be 18 years of age or older.

The giveaway is sponsored by FLORACRAFT (the “Sponsor”). Employees of the Sponsor, or Sponsor’s affiliated companies, or any members of their immediate families / household members are not eligible for the Sweepstake. This Sweepstake is not sponsored, endorsed by, administered by any other party.

The Sweepstake consists of the one (1) prize, which will be awarded to one (1) winner selected at random from among the qualified entries submitted (the “Sweepstake”). Prize will consist of one registration for the SAF 137^th Convention valued at $895.

To enter the Sweepstake, you must submit the entry form located at /saf-sweepstakes/ The Sweepstake begins on July 21, 2022 at 9:00am EDT and ends on August 4, 2022 at 11:59pm EDT (the “Sweepstake Period”). Submission must be completed by the end of the Sweepstake Period to qualify.

The winner will be notified via email within one week after the end of the Sweepstake Period, using the email address provided on the entry form. The winner must respond to claim their prize. Prize not claimed within one week of the notification may be forfeited or awarded to another qualified entrant. If more than one individual claims to be the winner of a prize, the Sponsor is not responsible for investigating which claimant is the holder of the relevant email. Under such circumstances, the Sponsor retains discretion to award the prize to one of the claimants, award the prize to another qualified entrant, or deem the prize to be forfeited.

The total value of prize to be awarded is $895. No substitutions are allowed, except by Sponsor in the event that the announced prize becomes unavailable. Any substituted prize will be of an equal or greater value to the announced prize. Any taxes or costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to use of the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

Any information collected will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at /privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstake, you acknowledge that you have agreed to the Privacy Policy, and to the collection and use of your personal information for the administration of this Sweepstake, for future marketing emails under the terms of the Privacy Policy, and for use of your name on the Sponsor’s winners list.

By entering the Sweepstake, you agree to these Official Rules. Violators may be disqualified. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. Entrants will be disqualified for: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstake or any Sponsor website; (b) violating these Official Rules; or (c) violating the Terms of Use applicable to the website.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer network transmissions, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. If the Sponsor determines that any tampering or technical difficulties have compromised the integrity of the Sweepstake, the Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries and/or terminate the Sweepstake.

Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the Sweepstake, which become effective once they are posted on this website. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the administration of the Sweepstake or in the announcement of any prize. In the event of a misunderstanding, dispute, or human error, the Sponsor will make the final determination of the prize winner.
