Construction Cone Party Décor

Instructions

1. Paint cone bright orange and allow to dry completely. Use the pencil to draw the location of the white bands around the top of the cone. Paint the bands white and allow them to dry.

2. Cut a 5.5” square and an 8” square from the black foam sheets. Trim to round the corners with scissors. Cut a 6.5” square from the orange foam sheet, trim to round the corners with scissors.

3. Glue the 5.5” black square to the center of the orange square. Glue the orange square to the center of the black 8” square. Glue the foam squares centered on the bottom of the cone
